Understanding Our Return Policy

How to Return

STEP 1: Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery if you’ve received a wrong or expired product.
Please raise a request through our Contact Page or via the Chat option.
For damaged or missing products, raise the request within 2 days from the date of delivery.

STEP 2: We’ll review your return request within 2 working days.

STEP 3: Once approved, our courier partner will pick up the delivered product from you.

STEP 4: If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you may self-ship the product via any reliable courier. We will reimburse the courier charges in your PayTM Wallet or Bank Account.

STEP 5: Once we receive and verify the returned product, we will process a replacement or refund, depending on stock availability.


Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

  • Damaged product (physical damage or tampered packaging)

  • Incomplete order

  • Missing items


Ineligible Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Used, opened, or altered products

  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)

  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery (or after 2 days for damaged/missing products)


Refund Process

Once your return is confirmed, our courier partner will pick up the item within 5–7 business days. After the returned product reaches our warehouse and successfully passes the quality check, we will initiate the refund process. Once processed, the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.


Prepaid Order Refunds

We accept refunds for prepaid orders under the following conditions:

  1. Order cancellation before dispatch:
    If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you may request a cancellation through our Contact Page. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–4 business days.

  2. Product unavailability:
    In case the ordered product is out of stock due to a system error, we’ll inform you and issue a full refund within 7 business days.

  3. Return to Origin:
    If your prepaid order returns to us undelivered, we’ll confirm with you and refund the amount to your payment source.

If you haven’t received your refund within 7 business days, we recommend contacting your bank or card provider.


Replacements

We provide free replacements within 4 days under the following conditions, reported within 24 hours of order receipt:

  • Wrong/expired product received:
    Share a picture with your order number via our Contact Page.

  • Missing items:
    Report the missing products along with your order number. We’ll investigate and ship the missing items within 7–10 business days.

  • Damaged product:
    Share pictures of the damaged product and packaging with your order details. A replacement will be sent within 7–10 business days.

  • Package marked as delivered but not received:
    First, check around your delivery area and with your building/security. If still not found, contact us and we will raise an inquiry with our shipping partner. This may take 5–7 business days.


Terms & Conditions

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3-4 business days.

  • We only accept returns if less than 1/3rd of the product has been used and with original packaging.

  • We accept returns/replacements only for orders placed on www.flap9.com.

  • All disputes are subject to Gujarat jurisdiction.
